AI is just the beginning

AI, short for Artificial Intelligence, has been a sleeping giant for years until recently when more and more companies have begun integrating it into their marketing strategies. AI marketing uses artificial intelligence technologies to make automated decisions based on data collection, data analysis, and additional observations of audience or economic trends that may impact marketing efforts. So, by marketers using AI as a marketing tool, they are able to collect data and study consumers to discover the best ways to communicate with them. Then once this line of communication is established, the AI tool is able to serve consumers custom-tailored messages at the most critical moment in the consumer journey. The best part about using AI as a tool is that these messages get pushed out without intervention from marketers to ensure maximum efficiency.

Furthermore, AI offers advertisers a number of benefits that can aid their marketing strategies. When advertisers integrate AI into their media strategies they can target ads more accurately, create more engaging content, and measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns. Along with that, new developments have been made in marketing techniques such as chatbots and natural language processing, which are tools that Facebook and Google actively use. Also, AI has been increasingly applied to consumer behavior research because it can determine which advertisements will be the most effective with consumers better than a human can. Along with that, by using AI, advertisers get real-time feedback on what is working and not working with their campaigns so they can make changes accordingly and optimize their campaigns. This feedback will help advertisers improve customer engagement, retention, and increase ROI on a new level. The most important benefit of AI in marketing helps save money and time while still increasing sales. For example, companies like Amazon use AI to drive and leverage prices when the demand for a product increases thus increasing the price too. There are and continue to be benefits of using AI in marketing and pricing strategies and I personally don't think this new movement has any chance of slowing down.
