Screencast Review of Professional ePortfolio

 Hey, Y'all!!

For this week my assignment was to create a website for my ePortfolio to go on and then screen record myself going over the website and explaining where everything is. I really enjoyed doing this assignment because I was allowed a lot of creative freedom and in my desired career field that is a must-have. Learning how o build a website was also very beneficial because in a future career I need to be familiar with making, maintaining, and managing websites for my clients.

Group Project: VR in Advertising

 Hey, Y'all!!  For this group assignment, my group and I decided to explore virtual reality in advertising. We discussed what virtual reality and advertising is. Then we went over how virtual reality can be used in advertising and what that means for the future of advertising. Then we explained the pros and cons that come with using virtual reality in advertising. We also included three really unique advertisements that utilized virtual reality in their promotion. Overall, I found the topic really interesting and I am glad I had this opportunity to learn more about my field of study!!

Animated Narrated PowerPoint Assignment

 Hey, Y'all!! I am so excited to share my PowerPoint video with you and I really hope you enjoy it just thas much as I did making it. So I chose to do a quiz for my video but I decided to add a fun little twist to it and make it more of like a Gameshow. I grew up learning Microsoft PowerPoint so I was very similar with the adding of transition and animations but it was good to refresh my memory. However, I never added a voice recording over the animations and transition so it did make me a couple of different attempts to record it because of the lag time from slide to slide. I have also never uploaded a video to YouTube before so that was new to me but surprisingly it was very easy and simple. Without further ado, I hope you enjoy my Gameshow!!
